Data Encryption

All personal information, payment details, and transaction history are encrypted with industry-standard TLS 1.2 protocols. We store your data on secure servers and never sell it to third parties.

Identity Verification

During account signup, we collect your full name, date of birth, phone number and identity document. This is used only to verify your legal status and comply with local financial regulations.

Your name and identity document are locked at signup for regulatory compliance. If there's a legal error or name change on your government ID, email [email protected] with a copy of your updated document. We review and respond within 3 business days.

Log into Settings, select 'Account Management', and click 'Close Account'. Your balance must be zero before closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. All transaction history remains on file for 7 years in case you need to dispute a past transaction.

After we approve your withdrawal (which takes 24 to 48 hours), funds reach your registered payment method within 2 to 5 minutes. Weekend and public holiday withdrawals may take until the next business day to clear from your bank.

Suspension can follow multiple failed login attempts, use of automated software, sharing your account login, attempting to exploit game features, or chargebacks on deposits. We investigate each case and notify you in writing of the reason.

A chargeback triggers an automatic account review. We investigate the original transaction within 5 business days and may suspend your account pending outcome. Resolved chargebacks result in account reactivation; confirmed chargebacks may result in permanent closure.

Account access depends on local law in your location. We support login from most countries; however, gameplay depends on local law and the terms of service in your region. If you travel, your account remains active but real-money play eligibility may change.
